The challenge

Separate the roofing questions before asking for the lead.

RISE needed a public website that could serve homeowners researching roof replacement, repairs, storm damage and insurance-related questions while also feeding qualified leads into a follow-up system.

The strategy

A connected path from intent to follow-up.

The public site was built in WordPress with Divi, using Rank Math Pro for SEO implementation and GoHighLevel for forms, reputation-management workflows and lead handling. The information architecture separates core roofing intent instead of collapsing everything into one services page. Content serves both insurance-claim visitors and homeowners planning direct replacement work. The project also connected website conversion to operational follow-up so an inspection request could become a trackable lead rather than an email sitting in an inbox.

Design direction / design decisions

The details carry the decision.

The information architecture separates core roofing intent and creates a dual-intent path for insurance-claim versus planned-replacement visitors. The hierarchy prioritises the questions homeowners bring to the site and mobile-first lead capture for people researching from phones.
